2. Eligibility

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are sold in fixed terms (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) at the prices displayed at checkout.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase — there are no hidden contracts.
• Login credentials or an activation code will be delivered after payment is confirmed, typically within minutes.
• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential. Sharing credentials outside your household may result in suspension.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for losses arising from temporary outages.

8. Content & Third-Party Responsibility

InnovativeIPTV acts as a distribution and technology platform. Availability of specific channels or content may vary by region and can change without notice due to licensing arrangements between content providers and broadcasters. You are responsible for ensuring your use of IPTV services complies with the laws and regulations of your country of residence.

9. Devices & Third-Party Applications

Our service is accessed using third-party media player applications (such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, Smart IPTV, VLC, or similar) which are independently developed and maintained. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of these third-party applications or the app stores that distribute them.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnovativeIPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription term.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service, without refund, for violation of these terms, fraudulent payment activity, or abusive conduct toward our support team.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
